1. Upload only authorized material
You must own or have permission to process the photographs, plans, logos and recipient information you provide. Respect copyright, privacy, confidentiality, building-security and listing-platform rules.
2. Prohibited use
- Illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative or abusive material.
- Media intended to impersonate another person, fabricate ownership, conceal material property defects, or mislead buyers or renters.
- Personal data or interior imagery collected without appropriate authority.
- Malware, credential theft, automated abuse, scraping, rate-limit evasion or attempts to access another user’s account, project, review link or generation.
- Reselling access in a way that bypasses Oveloa plans, or using stolen payment/provider credentials.
3. Review and disclose property claims
AI transitions can invent unseen movement or geometry. Review output before publication and do not present it as an accurate 3D reconstruction, measurement, survey, inspection, or evidence that a feature exists.
Use a clear AI-generated or AI-manipulated disclosure wherever the output could be mistaken for authentic footage or applicable law or a listing platform requires it. Do not remove provider or Oveloa provenance markings.
4. Protect collaboration links
Use appropriate link expiry, permissions and recipient verification. Do not guess, enumerate, probe or share review access codes that are not intended for you.
5. Enforcement and reporting
Oveloa may block an upload, generation, link or account where necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law, protect others or control security and supplier exposure. Report concerns privately to security@oveloa.com.
